How to Upload Your Videos?

Let's dive into getting those videos up and running on our platform!
The upload process is a breeze. Just hit the “Upload” button located in the top right corner, near your username, and select the video you're looking to add.



Once you upload, it'll crunch some numbers for a few minutes. After that, it'll be all set for configuration.



Voila! You're all set to customize your video! 😊

If it feels like your video's taking its sweet time to process, try clearing your browser's cache.

- Clearing Cache in Chrome:

Open Chrome.
Top right, click on the three dots for More.
Head to More tools.
At the top, pick a time range.
Tick the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click Clear data.

- Clearing Cache in Mozilla Firefox:

In the top menu bar, click on Firefox and select Preferences.
Choose the Privacy & Security panel.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
Uncheck Cookies and Site Data.
With Cached Web Content checked, click Clear.

- Clearing Cache in Safari (Mac):

Open Safari's settings. In the menu bar, go to “Safari”, then click “Preferences.”
Head to “Privacy”. You'll want the “Privacy” tab next.
Access site data.
Pick the sites you want to clear data from.
Wipe that browsing data.

If you're still hitting a wall, there might be a hiccup in your video's rendering. You can usually sort this out by re-converting to the mp4 format!

Don't forget to drop in your domain(s) under the Security tab, layering on that extra shield for your VSLs.
