Tracking Conversions - JVZoo (Affiliate)

In this article, you'll learn how to configure conversion tracking between VTurb and JVZoo Affiliate.

With this integration, sales made through JVZoo can be sent to VTurb, allowing you to track your conversions directly through Analytics.

  1. Log in to your VTurb account.
  2. In the side menu, click Conversions.
  3. Select JVZoo and click Continue.

  1. Select the tracking parameter that will be used for the integration.
  2. Click Continue.

  1. In the next step, click Configure Webhook.

  2. Review the information and click Confirm Configuration.

  1. VTurb will generate a Webhook URL. Copy this URL, as it will be used in the JVZoo configuration.

  1. After copying the URL, click Finish.

Configuring the Postback in JVZoo

Now that you have the URL generated by VTurb, you'll need to add it to JVZoo.

  1. Log in to your JVZoo account.
  2. In the platform menu, go to S2S Postbacks.
  3. Click Add New Postback.

  1. In the new postback configuration, enter VTurb to identify the integration.
  2. In the Postback URL field, paste the Webhook URL you previously copied from VTurb.

  • Product Scope: select All Products so the postback applies to all products.
  • Exclude refunded transactions: we recommend enabling this option so refunded transactions are not sent through the postback.

  1. Click Create Postback to save the configuration.

Validating the integration

Once the configuration is complete, VTurb will be ready to receive conversion data sent by JVZoo.

To verify that the integration is working correctly, go back to Manage S2S Postbacks in JVZoo.

Locate the postback created for VTurb and click View Call Logs to review the calls that were made.

After a sale, use this log to confirm that the postback was triggered correctly and that the call to VTurb was completed successfully.

Once conversions are recorded, you can track them in your video's Analytics in VTurb.
