Tracking Your Sales with HighLevel


This article explains how to set up VTurb's conversion tracking and integrate this functionality with your HighLevel store.


Go to Conversion Tracking in VTurb and Select HighLevel


Click on Settings and then Conversion Tracking.


If you haven't integrated with any platform yet, you'll see the following screen:


hen click on the Add Platform button.


Next, select HighLevel and click Continue.


ext, select a tracking parameter that is NOT being used in your traffic sources and click Confirm.


If you choose a parameter that is currently being used in your ads, VTurb will overwrite it. ****


Now, simply click on the Webhook URL field to copy the URL that will be used in the next step.



If you use RedTrack, you should choose a "sub" parameter (we provide sub1 to sub20) and set it up in RedTrack.

Configuring the Webhook on HighLevel


  1. In your Go High Level dashboard, go to the side menu and click on Automation



  1. Under Workflows, click the Create Workflow button and select the Start from Scratch option if you haven't already created a workflow



  1. Click on “Add new Trigger”



  1. In the menu, search for “payment” and select “Payment Receive”



  1. Click on Save Trigger



  1. Click on the “+” icon



  1. Search for “webhook” and select the Webhook option



  1. Copy the URL from your VTurb conversion tracking and paste it in the URL field, then click on Save Action



  1. Finally, click “Save” in the top right corner of your screen, and your webhook will be configured!



And that’s it! Integration with HighLevel successfully completed!
