Tracking Your Sales with Ticto



This article explains how to set up VTurb's conversion tracking and integrate this functionality with Ticto.

Navigate to Conversion Tracking in VTurb and Select Ticto



Click on Settings and then on Conversion Tracking.

If you haven’t integrated any platform yet, you will see the following screen:

Click the Add Platform button.

Next, select Ticto and click Continue.



Then, select a tracking parameter that is NOT currently being used in your traffic sources and click Confirm.



Now, click on the Webhook URL field to copy the URL that will be used in the next step.



If you choose a parameter currently in use in your ads, VTurb will overwrite it.

If you use RedTrack, you should choose a "sub" parameter (we provide sub1 to sub20) and set it up in RedTrack.

Configuring the Webhook in Ticto



With the VTurb webhook URL copied, go to the Webhooks settings in Ticto via the link: https://dash.ticto.com.br/tools/webhook?filter[folderId]=all

In Products, select "All Products".

Paste the VTurb webhook URL into the "Data Sending URL" field.

For version, choose 2.0.

Leave the submission format as JSON.

Under events, enable only "Sale Completed".

Finally, click Save.

And that’s it! The integration with Ticto is successfully completed.

Now, the conversions from your videos that sell via Ticto will be tracked within VTurb.
