How to track viewers in real time with Live Analytics

The Live section allows you to identify how many users are watching your video in real time, their locations, and the devices they are using to watch it.

What is it for?

With Live Analytics, you can:

• See how many users are watching your video at that moment.
• View their locations.
• Identify the devices being used to watch the video.

How to access Live Analytics

1. Log in to your VTurb account.
2. Open the video you want to monitor.
3. Click Analytics in the side menu.
4. Select Live.

What information is displayed?

In the Live section, you can view:

• The number of users currently watching the video.
• Their locations.
• The devices they are using to watch the video.

How does the Live user count work?

The Live metric uses a 1-minute window, displaying only users who are actually active at that moment.
