Using Webhooks in VTurb
With this feature, you can integrate VTurb with other systems and receive information about events related to your videos, such as creation, processing, upload completion, updates, failures, or deletion.
How to access Webhooks
- Log in to your VTurb account.
- In the left-side menu, click Settings.
- At the top of the Settings page, select Webhooks.
- Click New webhook to start the configuration.

Creating a new webhook
When you click New webhook, a window will open so you can configure the integration.

You will need to provide:
- Webhook URL: the endpoint address that will receive the events sent by VTurb. This field is required.
- Signature secret: a security key automatically generated by VTurb, used to help your server verify that the requests received were actually sent by VTurb.
- Media events: select which events should be sent to the webhook.
The available events are:
- Video upload completed: sent when the video file upload is completed.
- Video processing: sent when the video enters the processing stage.
- Video failed: sent when an error occurs during video processing.
- Video deleted: sent when a video is removed from the account.
- Video created: sent when a new video is created in the account.
- Video ready: sent when the video finishes processing and is ready to use.
- Video updated: sent when an update is made to the video.
After configuring the URL and selecting the desired events, click Save.

Once the configuration is complete, the webhook will appear in your dashboard.

Managing your Webhooks
After adding a webhook, it will be displayed on the Webhooks page of your account.
On this page, you can monitor information about the integration, such as:
- Status
- Activity
- Response time
- Error rate (15 days)
There are also actions available to manage and test the webhook.

Sending a test event
In the Actions column, click the arrow icon to use the Send test event option.
This option can also be accessed through the webhook's three-dot menu.

Other available actions
When you click the three dots, you will have access to the following options:
- Edit
- View logs
- Send test event
- Pause
- Remove

Done!
Now you know how to access, configure, and manage Webhooks in VTurb.
Use Webhooks to receive selected events from your account and integrate this information with your endpoint. 🚀
