How to use Audit Logs in VTurb

Audit Logs allow you to track the activities performed in your VTurb account.

With this feature, you can review records related to videos, users, A/B Tests, billing, and other account resources, including information such as date and time, user, action performed, affected item, description, and device/IP.

What is it for?

Audit Logs help you:

  • Track activities performed in the account.
  • Identify which user performed a specific action.
  • Review changes made to videos and other resources.
  • Check account access activity.
  • Filter records by date range, video, user, action, or category.
  • View device and IP information related to recorded activities.

How to access Audit Logs

  1. Log in to your VTurb account.
  2. In the left-side menu, click Security.
  3. At the top of the page, select Audit Logs.

Understanding the records

On the Audit Logs page, each recorded activity includes information such as:

  • Date/Time: when the activity was recorded.
  • User: the user responsible for the action.
  • Action: the type of activity performed.
  • Category / Item: the account resource related to the activity.
  • Description: details about what happened.
  • Device/IP: the device and IP address related to the activity.

Filtering by date range

In the first filter on the page, you can select the date range you want to analyze.

This limits the displayed records to the selected period.

Filtering by video

In the All videos filter, you can select a specific video to display only the records related to it.

When you open the filter, a list of available videos in your account will be displayed. You can also use the search field to find a specific video.

Filtering by user

In the All users filter, you can select one or more users from the account.

This allows you to display only the activities performed by the selected users.

Filtering by action

You can also filter records according to the type of action performed.

The available options are:

  • Added
  • Modified
  • Removed
  • Access

For example, when you select Modified, only records related to changes made to account resources will be displayed.

You can also select Added, Removed, or Access to review only those types of activities.

Filtering by category

In the All categories filter, you can select which types of resources you want to review.

Available categories include:

  • Video
  • Folder
  • A/B test
  • Integrations
  • Organization
  • Security
  • Members
  • User account
  • Billing
  • AI connections
  • Webhooks

This option allows you to narrow down the logs to the resources that are most relevant to your analysis.

Combining filters

The filters can be used together to make your search more specific.

For example, you can select:

  • A specific date range;
  • A specific user;
  • The Modified action;
  • And the Video category.

This way, the page will display only the records that match the selected filters.

Done!

Now you know how to use VTurb Audit Logs to track activities performed in your account and find specific records using the available filters. 🚀
