Tracking Your Sales with Pagtrust

This article explains how to configure VTurb conversion tracking and how to integrate this functionality with Pagtrust.

1. Configuration in VTurb

Go to Conversion Tracking in VTurb and Select Pagtrust.

Click on Settings and then on Conversion Tracking.

If you haven't integrated with any platform yet, you will see the initial screen. Click the Add platform button.

Next, select Pagtrust and click Continue.

Next, select a tracking parameter that is NOT being used in your traffic sources and click Confirm.

If you choose a parameter that is currently being used in your ads, VTurb will overwrite it.

Now, simply click on the Webhook URL field to copy the URL that will be used in the next step.

If you use RedTrack, you must choose a sub parameter (we provide sub1 to sub20) and perform some configurations in RedTrack.

Learn how to do this in RedTrack by clicking here.

2. Configuring the Webhook in Pagtrust

With the VTurb webhook copied, access your Pagtrust account to perform the integration:

  1. In the Pagtrust dashboard, click on the Integrations section.

  1. Choose the Webhooks option.

  1. Click the “+” button to create a new webhook.

  1. Fill in the fields as follows:

  • Name: Create a name to identify the webhook (e.g., VTurb).
  • URL: Paste the Webhook URL you just copied from the VTurb dashboard.
  • In Products, leave the All products option selected.
  • In the event selection, configure as follows:
  • In Purchases, choose only Approved.
  • In Subscription, activate the Subscription renewed option.

Done, your VTurb integration with Pagtrust is complete, just click Save!

And that's it, integration with Pagtrust successfully completed!

As we selected "All products", tracking should work automatically for your current and future items.
