How Does Subscription Upgrading Work?

At VTurb, we offer subscription plans tailored to your video play needs. Here’s a quick guide on how payments, additional play usage, and upgrading work.

Understanding Plans and Subscription Periods

Our subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each period, meaning when the plan renews. Each subscription period lasts 30 days from the date of signup or renewal. During this time, your plan includes a set number of plays, and any usage that exceeds this limit will be billed at the next renewal.

Payment and Extra Usage Example

Here’s a simple example to clarify:

Initial Subscription: A customer subscribes to the Basic plan, which includes 5,000 plays, on November 1st, paying $29. In this case, each extra play costs $0.02.

Extra Usage: During the period (November 1st to December 1st), the customer uses 8,000 plays, 3,000 over the plan’s limit.

Renewal with Extra Charge: For the next period, on December 1st, the customer will pay the renewal fee of $29 plus $60 (3,000 plays at $0.02 each) for the additional usage, totaling $89.

You can upgrade your VTurb subscription at any time. Just reach out to us through chat, and we’ll handle the upgrade for you! If your usage suggests it’s time to upgrade, we’ll reach out to let you know so you can enjoy more plays and keep your plan aligned with your needs.

It’s also worth noting that you can downgrade your plan anytime!
