When should I upgrade to a higher plan?

If you're scaling your offer more and more, you'll probably need a higher-tier plan soon!

We offer different plans based on the number of plays your videos are attracting. To upgrade, you can reach out to us through the chat or do it directly from your Dashboard: Click here to learn how.

You can upgrade your plan up until the last day of your current billing cycle!

Example:
You're on the Pro Plan and your videos are getting close to the play limit of your current plan.

If you exceed the number of plays where a higher-tier plan becomes more cost-effective, it may be worth upgrading to the next plan.

When you upgrade, we'll charge you only the difference between the plans, and your plan will be updated to the higher play limit! 😊

You can always check your current plan and the number of plays available in your Dashboard under Settings → Billing.
